My wife went to this Doctor, had a recommended test that should have been covered by our insurance. And due to mis coding on their part was rejected. The office refused to help correct this and kept dunning us for payment, at a very high rate. We believe this is not a reputable Dr, and advise you to go elsewhere.
I have never been treated with such disrespect and arrogance. I was told to go to medical school for 7 years to answer my questions.
I had made an appointment with the NP at the office, just as I was heading out to drive to the appointment I got a phone call saying it was canceled and they were rescheduling it with Dr. Ascha. He asked me why I was there and then told me he couldn’t see me and I needed a bigger practice, I ask for a referral or name. He kept o. Just saying not him. The front desk girls and the nurse went above and beyond and they were so incredibly kind. My experience with Dr. Ahmad Ascha was polar opposite. He was extremely rude, and acted like I was arguing with him on my care. I wasn't in the slightest. At one point he condescendingly asked if I even wanted his help. I couldn't believe it. I agreed I needed the things he said I did but I would rather die than be asleep in his presence for a procedure if that's how he treats people while they are awake.
