I am giving this review because the other one star review does not tell the truth about this Doctor and his associates. Vanderbilt does use a call center for scheduling. First visit yesterday. From the front desk, to the technician and the Dr. 10/10 experience. The front desk helped me get prior records and turned off some lights that I was sensitive to. The technician was efficient, effective, informative, AND CLEAN. The Doctor sat next to me and explained every single thing clearly.
