Unhelpful reception staff. Simple question re MY procedure, kept fobbing me off to the hospital.
Based on our own personal experience, we found the consultation disappointing and would not recommend.
After waiting over six weeks for my appointment with Dr. Al Sameraaii, I received a message just one day before saying my appointment was suddenly moved to an earlier date — without my permission or confirmation! How can a medical clinic think it’s acceptable to rearrange patients’ appointments like this, especially after such a long wait? This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m sick of this place, every time I call the practice manager is never there. Always the same thing, “she’s not in.” No one can even tell me when she will be back or anything. It’s just call after call and nothing. This is not how a practice should work, it’s useless and really bad management. Dr Al Sameraaii is a good doctor, very nice man, but the way this place is run is terrible. No help, no answers, no manager ever around. Dr Ahmad Al-Sameraaii is a genuine, gentle, experienced & caring urologist. He has been my Doctor for over 5 years treating my OAB & associated conditions. Before I found him I travelled to Sydney regularly for tests, antibiotics & no treatment plan…... I feel supported & thoroughly guided through every procedure. It’s obvious the doctors & theatre nursing staff think he’s fabulous too!! I highly recommend Dr Al-Sameraaii 🤩🤩
