After making appointment specifically called back to ask if they accept my insurance, I was told YES. 45 minutes before my appointment I received a call that my appointment was canceled, insurance not accepted. Drove all the way from Chicago for this to happen. Sticking with Rush providers, they are more professional and their staff know how to do their job! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!
