Hi, looking for new doctor office visit since January 2025 and this office does not give you correct information. They said to call Feb 3,2025 because they would have new patient appointments available. I called that day and everything was full and was put on a waiting list. Now, Feb 10 called for update and they are booked till June and no longer taking patients. *The patient has a heart condition and well now just have to look for another office available *
They charge you $25 if you miss your appt. They do not credit your account when you have to wait over an hour past your appointment time.
Dr. Aguilar has been my PCP for several years now and he has provided me the level of care I desire. He knows my history, has always been fair and non judgemental, and treats me with respect and as more than just a number. My only "complaint" is that the wait even with an appointment can be rather long with an up to 2 hr window after the scheduled appointment time but other than that this Dr's office is great and I recommend it for anyone looking for a friendly PCP.
