Been coming here for years, these new girls that work front desk are not the best. >=(
Doctor is ok but the receptions are useless makes simple tasks impossible
Not very happy with the front desk or the approach I was given to my concerns. Front desk is very disorganized. Waited 68 minutes for my appointment I made 2 weeks ago. I have not been feeling good lately, Every time I reach out to the front desk, they can’t help. Simple questions over the phone, I have to come in for 2 min, to pay a 50$ copay to hear from the doctor what I probably already know. It’s very unfair. Dr.Kwapnieski is a great Dr. the reason why I'm giving a 1 star is that when I'm trying to make appointment is very very hard, impossible to make appointment, they put me on hold God knows for how long , sometimes I waited and calls just ended.. I called many times and my call just end up on hold .. and the front office ( receptionist) are nasty , very mean especially if your not Polish
