I went to the office about a month or so ago and liked the doctor, the office atmosphere was questionable but that didn’t think of it much until I called and spoke to them again today! The girls in the front are not nice, almost rude and not pleasant at all! They have a lab technician on site and when I spoke to the doctor she told me that they can do everything here so I had my blood drawn there, got the results and also just got my bill today for over $1300. Doctors are nice but it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. They give put you on hold and you could be waiting for 5 to 10min before the pick up again
I’ve seen Dr. Kwapniewski a few times. It feels great to have her as my primary care doctor. The other staff in the office have been super nice and helpful too.

Not very happy with the front desk or the approach I was given to my concerns. Been seeing this doctor for years and working as a nurse I have good bedside manner, but truthfully I expected the same when being a patient. I don’t feel good lately and went to a routine physical and a lab value was elevated. No call from the doctor.
