The worse MD I ever visited. Unfriendly environment.
Excellent doctor. Take her time to listen and explain any questions or concerns a patient may have. Rare in my experience.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bitner in North Arlington for years and have always appreciated her care and professionalism. Recently, as she was preparing to retire, we transitioned to her partner, Dr. Kwapniewski, who also seems to be a competent and caring doctor, and Dr. Bitner spoke highly of her. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with prescription refills have been extremely frustrating. Dr. Kwapniewski is wonderful and very kind. I trust her completely, and my whole family goes to her. Even though I have a 45-minute drive to her office, I would never change my doctor. She always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about us. We feel very lucky to have her as our family doctor! Highly recommended:)
