I was surprised at these reviews but I know when I first met Dr. A, it seemed as though the office was going through some restructuring. Dr. A is a wonderful, caring, no Bull kind of Dr. I personally love that about her because how can I help her help Me , if I don’t have facts un sugar coated. She SAVED my life. I loved good doctor
Never answer phones no call backs! Don't follow thru....not recommend
The staff were kind and courteous and I give them 5 stars. But the doctor, who was 30 minutes late, did not display the kind of courtesy and respect I’ve come to expect. She didn’t want to hear about my primary diagnosis and she was dismissive of major research that I cited as reasons for care decisions. She seemed to be one of those doctors who get upset when patients know something that they don’t. But I don’t think doctors should assume they are gods.
