Dr. Quebral truly cares about her patients. She listens carefully to your problems, and suggests ways that things can work out better. When I leave her office I always feel better.....even when I’m sick!!!

My mothers dr is very caring but when your office is supposed to open at 9am and i have called several times and it is now 9:20 and nobody is picking up and the message says they open at 9 but it also says the office is closed, well this is frustrating. I am also supposed to be at work at 9am but cannot go until the office picks up the phone. This is not an isolated case. Every single time i call in the morning and after their lunch, they are never on time.

I like this office but every time I call and it's just after 9 when they open or even 15-20 minutes later they still have their phones off and it says call back during normal office hours, well it is after 9 already.... It's frustrating when you're already sick. I work in a doctor's office so I understand being busy but that's just crazy to me. After calling 8 times, I ended up going to an Urgent Care because they did not answer their phones.
