Abdullah's nickname should not be "Erik," but "Late and not prepared." He has never seen me on time. It is as if he assumes his patients have nothing else to do except to have a visit with him. He provides very little information in terms of guidance for further treatment. During a visit, he will ask the patient to remind him what he has done and when. Very strange. Finally, his surgical technique could use improvement.
The office staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor was running a little behind on appointments, but the wait wasn't very long. He sat down and explained why he understood I was there, as I'd been referred from another doctor. He then asked me if he'd missed anything. He explained how he'd like to treat my condition and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Again, even though he was running behind, he sat and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm very confident with his care.
