I had a 3:15pm appointment that I booked through zocdoc. When I got to the office, I was informed that the doctor “left early for the day” yet I wasn’t notified of this beforehand. It was a waste of time to go there. All patients should be notified if the doctor is leaving especially if they have a scheduled appointment. I got there at 3:20pm and apparently he had already left.
