URGENT! I tried calling the phone number provided. My chihuahua is needing a checkup visit and he is a returning customer (from June 2023). We don’t have an outstanding balance. Can I please have someone contact me? I believe we have a file, he goes by the name T.C. Smalls I should be listed as his primary contact. If anyone can please let Dr Ruby know, the phone number is not working.

Dr. Ruby kept my cat for 2 days, even though she wasn’t serviced, she knew my cat needed to go home. I can tell she only wants the best for the animals but she needs more assistance. Hoping for others to see this and help her and the vet so our animals are able to be assisted. I will be taking my cat back as soon as Dr. Ruby gets the help she needs.
