My husband saw Dr. Adrienne Rigueur in the Virtua Voorhees ER and it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. He came in with severe abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, and nearly fainting. These symptoms that had persisted for days and were getting worse. Dr. Rigueur showed no bedside manner whatsoever. Awful experience. Went into the ER with horrible shoulder pain - can’t even move my arm above my torso. Was diagnosed with hyper mobility previously, which is extremely relevant to this pain, she didn’t care. Told me I probably “slept on it weird” and would give me a referral but “won’t likely need it because it will probably resolve” physical exam of my shoulder took less than 30 seconds. 0/10 arrogant when I asked questions, made me feel stupid for asking what was wrong with my shoulder, and was dismissive the entire time.... read more
Received a bill of almost 2,000$ claiming i saw this physician from “team health” , when I don’t remember her at all, LinkedIn says she’s with “Team Health” billing department.
I do not recommend Dr. Rigueur and am shocked she’s still at Virtua Voorhees despite her many negative reviews. Awful arrogant attitude, did not care to listen to my medical history and barely asked me any questions. This is 2nd time I’ve had her at Virtua Voorhees. She sent me home without discussing important test results that had come back as abnormal. Instead she had nurse tell me everything was okay and then discharged me.
