Refers to other doctors for everything, be prepared to be constantly traveling. I really hoped this MD would have taken my mother seriously. Unfortunately the previous Wellmed Dr was no better.

Dr. Urtubey is one of the most knowledgeable, empathetic, patient centered, great listener and caring doctor that WellMed offers to our communities of El Paso, New Mexico and Cd. Juárez. I highly recommend her to anyone who cares for their well being especially the elderly population. 🌠

This doctor is one of the rudest uncaring doctor that yells at her elderly patients and is s very degrading. This doctor should retire if she cant deal with patients !!! Dont see her unless you like being talked down to!
