Really terrible follow up for referred care when the referral organizations needed extra info. We followed up every few days and waited weeks before giving up.
I advise you DO NOT go book with Adriana Castillo. I was charged $350 for her to tell me nothing is wrong with me and referred me to another dr office. This place is a scam and I will be reporting her to the board of health.
The SMFM Clinic on Redwood Rd is phenomenal. Dr. Polson and his staff are the best in the area. He is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. If you're in pain, he addresses it directly. His staff does a great job across the board. My wife and I have been very pleased with their supportive demeanor. Highly recommended.
