DR Melissa Herbert has been so supportive with my horrible journey of pain. Finally I'm nearly the surgery that we have been fighting for. Mentally picked me up, when I felt so done! with reassurance that we are in this together . I'm very fortunate to have found such a caring , person centred and tramau informed GP.

Anyone who needs compassionate support and an honest gp, and any parents with anything more complicated than a cold, keep your family safe and see a doctor with a heart rather than a judgemental ego.
