I paid the 100 dollars for the first appointment , I had problems with my car and I had to reschedule. And even though I call them a day before to cancel the appointment when I went to reschedule the appointment the said that because I didn’t give them a 24 hour notice I will have to pay another 100 dollars. Very bad practice , be careful because if you cancel your appointment they expect you to pay again but they will not tell you upfront.
The worst experience. Dr. Lo does not listen to your wants and he was incredibly rude when I asked him questions and tried to come up with a plan that worked for both of us. Once you are under anesthesia he will slice you anyway he wants. Do not recommend!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Lo and his entire team. From my very first consultation through my post-op visits, the experience exceeded every expectation. Dr. Lo and the whole team are amazing. They are very friendly and professional. I had Gynecomastia surgery and it went very smoothly and very satisfied with the results. Highly recommend.
