The dentists at this office are amazing !! The staff not so much The office manager I think her name is Teresa is very rude and disrespectful! I truly hope she doesn’t treat other people that might be struggling the way she treated me today! You might want to listen to the phone conversation because it was not as simple as phone skill improvement.
