This clinic is amazing! The follow up and care you get is like no other. I recently had surgery for my deviated septum and as DR promised, I feel 100% better. He and his staff called to check on me several times after. I also have suffered from chronic ear infections. Right as covid began, I was in pain with yet another earache. Dr called me right back and called in meds for my relief. After my surgery I needed the billing information sent so that I could submit it for reimbursement. Dr Varela has been treating me for a chronic ENT problem for several years. He has been absolutely helpful in bringing my condition under control. I so appreciate his bedside manner and his expertise in the ENT area of medicine. I would highly recommend Dr Varela to anyone who has ENT problems. I do not recommend at all ! I went there for sleep problems and swollen lymph nodes and voice problems and the doctor just scoped me without a clear explanation beforehand and on top of that he was just speaking very fast with lots of medical terms, when I said that I did not understand he just said these are latin medical words??!!!??? He was in a hurry and did not even make me feel like I could ask some questions, he did not even let me discuss my problems, just prescribed me omeprazole and I have been using it for almost ... read more
