This should be the only review you need to read. Richard is a life saver. He came after hours, even though he didn’t have to, to help me fix my kitchen sink plumbing and outside water for my hose. After attempting to do it myself, it was great to have someone who was kind, professional, and did a great job explaining the issue and how he would fix it. Everyone hates unexpected expenses when it comes to their home, but this was worth every penny. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!
Richard was great. He came out on the Saturday of a holiday weekend without hesitation. Very reasonable rate for garbage disposal replacement. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
Richard the plumber was great! Came out on a weekend to give me an estimate. Very fair and reasonable. He even fixed my front door for free! He and his assistant came and replaced our kitchen faucet - they worked very quickly! I will definitely be using them again!
I had a leaking shower faucet due to an old valve cartridge. Because I had the same issue in another shower of our home before, I had an idea of what the root cause was and how much it would potentially cost. I was really surprised when Richard was able to do the same job for a 1/4 of the price that I paid to another big name plumbing service in KC. Will definitely go back to Richard and his team for any future plumbing needs.
