Richard the plumber was great! Came out on a weekend to give me an estimate. Very fair and reasonable. He even fixed my front door for free! He and his assistant came and replaced our kitchen faucet - they worked very quickly! I will definitely be using them again!
I had a leaking shower faucet due to an old valve cartridge. Because I had the same issue in another shower of our home before, I had an idea of what the root cause was and how much it would potentially cost. I was really surprised when Richard was able to do the same job for a 1/4 of the price that I paid to another big name plumbing service in KC. Will definitely go back to Richard and his team for any future plumbing needs.
Very very expensive
I am a first time homeowner and I dread calling companies to fix anything. Richard probably could hear in my voice that I was in distress and just needed help. He rushed over and was here in about 10 minutes. Where in the world do you get that kind of service from!!?? Fixed my issue (kitchen sink) and educated me on other things in my house. Will I call Richard again! Ab-SA-Lutely!! He was so kind and got the job done. The rest of the plumbers are non existent in my book!
