brought my mom to Dr. Prabais’ eye office on Schmon Parkway in Thorold and we had such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Absolutely 100% disappointed with this clinic...staff are beyond rude...total waste of multiple hours of time...surgery was NOT successful, as the reason for his appointment not only persists, but has actually worsend... appointments are quadrouple stacked with the same Dr...waited over 3 hours for him to check my Autistic son's stitches...he spent less than 2 minutes with my non-verbal son, and expected us to come back and wait ANOTHER 3+ hours, just to stare at him.. .the lady beside us had the same surgery 3 x's, without ... read more
Incredibly disappointed by this clinic. Have waited for over 7 months for a call back following requisition submitted. And today the receptionist tells me dismissively that the Dr. has rejected my requisition on the grounds that I don't need to see an ophthalmologist, but an optometrist. They made this determination without even seeing me. I've just returned from overseas where I was told that my cataracts were quite advanced, with deteriorating eyesight and need to consider scheduling a laser surgery at the earliest.
