I was recommended by my primary Dr to make an appointment. The receptionist was so rude, Quote" when did your Dr tell you to make an appt answer 15 minutes ago : Receptionist we do not make appoinments until we have your records This women should be fired, I called another Dr in Winter Garden also highly recommended and they were happy to make an appointment. I am telling my Dr not to recommend this office, Dr may be good but I do not need to deal with front desk receptionist. Its a business we have choices
