Dr. Agarwal is great, but the billing department of this office is fraudulent. BEWARE for well woman visits I have No copay and they billed me for an extended consultation just because I asked the doctor a question. Isn’t an annual visit to talk about your health?? They charged me a copay because I answered her question regarding my health. She was running 40 mins late for my appointment and maybe saw me for 15 minutes to write a ref. I first went to see Dr. Agarwal in August 2024 to address chronic pelvic pain I have been experiencing. She immediately gave me birth control and ordered an ultrasound for me. I got the ultrasound done at a separate radiology clinic that same month, in August. I then had a follow up appointment two months later with Agarwal in October 2024 and she did not have the test results, and told me she would call me to tell me results. Never received a call.
