My son is interested in nose reconstruction, and we have never dealt with plastic surgery before. When I called this clinic, I was shocked by how unprofessional the receptionist was. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and even cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to explain what we were looking for—only to abruptly dismiss me by saying the doctor doesn’t perform this type of surgery. Edmonton healthcare is terrible. I waited to get into parking for construction workers. Then walk 2 km with a physical disability. As I arrived...finally....at the office I said I don't think you'll be able to take me because I'm now so late. The front desk didn't say even hi, was impolite and unwelcoming. When I'm going to see someone that I'm goin to pay then it is customary to be welcome politely. I let the staff know I need them to.accomodate me because I'm autistic and have cptsd.
