My son is interested in nose reconstruction, and we have never dealt with plastic surgery before. When I called this clinic, I was shocked by how unprofessional the receptionist was. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and even cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to explain what we were looking for—only to abruptly dismiss me by saying the doctor doesn’t perform this type of surgery.
