I read the reviews prior to arriving as a walk in on my first visit. The reviews couldn't be more true!! The sweetest staff ever!! Even as a walk in!! Sharmona is not only the sweetest, she is incredibly smart and on top of everything office related!! The assistant's Miriam and Sheron are the sweetest also!! My visit today was absolutely pleasurable! the staff- both the front office and the attendant were super nice- they made it very comfortable for me, I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I left with a smile- how does that happen? Unreal….the Dentist (Hans Garcia Jordan - Oral Surgeon) was extremely knowledgeable and took care of me within minutes, I highly recommend this office, my dislike for dentist visits has changed forever, A+.
The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. But the dentist needs to be fired. No patient care or respect for the staff that works for him. My husband is in a wheelchair and with all his appointments I go in with him as he often gets the information wrong from the dr. The nurse let me come back with him, so while she ws taking the x-ray I stood outside the room and was looking at the dentures they had on display just outside the x-ray room. This office is the worst. They ruined my mouth. Thankfully I transferred to a different location that is taking good care of me. And North Lauderdale also didn't transfer the balance they were supposed to. DO NOT GO THERE.
I wasn't going to leave this review but decided I should. I had several issues with this place. The staff is friendly(they were until i called later and had questions), but the dentist isn't. He was rude to them and talked down to them while I was there. Didn't even care that a patient could see and hear him. They all apologized several times for this, but there is no reason to treat people like that. The other problem I had was actually getting help when I called again.
