Dr. Faleye was great to be around. It has been a pleasure to be serviced by you and your team. My two years flew by so fast. She understood what I wanted to do and offered suggestions to make it move faster and I saw results the same week. Thank you and your team for all the hard work you all did for my teeth.
During my daughters most recent visit, a band was left off a bracket on her bottom, front tooth. A few weeks later, the bottom of her tongue got hooked onto the uncovered bracket. She was bleeding quite a bit. We were finally able to get it undone with a toothpick. This was on a Friday. I called and left several voicemails on the “orthodontic emergency” number and never recieved a response. Went in Monday morning and got it fixed. The Dr. however, never apologized or even acknowledged incident.
Today was my first visit and unfortunately I never saw the doctor. My child was called back and then one of the front staff told me what was done and that my insurance would be notified. I asked the attendant if the doctor recommended that my daughter get braces because I thought that was what the consultation was for. She couldn't answer me and just repeated my insurance provider would be contacted. I guess you are treated according to your insurance provider.
I love Dr.Faleye but who ever is at the front desk answering these phones need to leave and be replaced!
Dr. Faleye is my favorite, but the competence of the front desk staff is questionable. Their attitudes, specifically Susy, ruins the experience. It's an ongoing occurrence. Nonetheless, Dr. Faleye and those working the floor are great !
