The Dr. was assigned as my PCP, and the clinic never picked up the phone despite calling at different hours. I had to go in person. I didn't end up making an appointment because the soonest availablity was a month a half away and the clinic itself is old, run down and dingy. I will not be trusting my care with them.
This place is horrible I made an appointment and I was very clear that I am pregnant and I got my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and I was feeling a lot of acid and pain on my stomach and wanted to make sure everything was okay the person said they will need to make a physical exam they made me wait a month to be seen and so I made the appointment and today once im there for over an hour they tell me they can’t do a physical exam on a pregnant women and the person who made my appointment said she didn’t even know when I was... read more
The first thing that got me was the office it was very outdated without a working AC as I was sitting a bug fell from the ceiling and I stepped on it...the previous reviews are correct they don't respond to messages or call you back, they're never available and very unprofessional I was sick and called numerous times just to have send medicine over they need to shut this place down.
Do not go! Doctor is nice but staff is inept and makes horrible mistakes and never dreturns my call and their machine is always on! Stay away from this horrible place in a strip mall and completely unprofessional. They are a nightmare!!!! I am switching now!! Stay away!
