Her medical assistant is very sweet, I really liked her. The Doctor not so much. She was very late seeing me, she didnt listen much. I don't have a standard case, she should have wanted to talk to me about the treatment I was looking for. I wanted to be comfortable with the doctor, she was rushy and made me feel like a two headed freak. She gave me birth control pills but I dont think she put any thought behind which whould be the best for me. She only deals with basic care. Not going back
I just seen her last week. She's funny kind professional caring . The best Gyn doctor I have ever Seen! Listen to every word I had to say, made sure I understood and gave me an answer. She knew I was nervous but handled the situation perfectly. I had a Pap test and hardly felt anything even the exam. I wish All my doctors were like this And she had one patient an hour it seemed. Took her time with me not rushing at all. I give her 10 stars she is the best of the best!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Navarro's for over a decade. Now that she has moved to the Harbor Hospital location I do not think her staff does a well enough job to do customer service. The staff there are very unprofessional outright rude and nastyle for no apparent reason.
