If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond. Every Staff member, including Dr. Tawadros, was extremely thorough and patient. My daughter was comfortable for each appointment which was their top priority and that put my mind to ease. We appreciate this office and the time they take to ensure quality care is provided. :)
THE EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC!! The dentist knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything so well. 10/10 recommend !!
Horrible bedside manner. Just read the reviews and you will know to stay away. I wish that I had paid attention. We switched dentists and the are not sending the X-Rays as asked. The new dentist has called twice so far and my wife has called once and still no X-Rays.
Referred by our primary dentist to have an evaluation of a tooth for our 9 year old. Given this is a pediatric dentist, you’d expect a warm and friendly dental staff however that is not the case. The office staff came to inform me of my cost of an xray, which I appreciate, but when I asked questions she became flustered and condescending. Dr. Tawadros then came in and asked my daughter what brought her in, when she was hesitant or trying to recall information he tapped her and said “look at me” “I’m over here, not your mom”.... read more
