Great experience with Dr. Caratun!
This doctor appears to have very little compassion for his patients. He is dismissive, unorganized, and makes you feel like you’re bothering him with your concerns.
By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a family doctor Tried getting a referral for my disabled child and they lied about sending it and said it was denied when I called the specialist that I had got a referral for they told me they didn't get it My child is severely disabled and needs all the help he can get Dr adeel should have his medical license taken away and sued for Mal practice Also when I confronted him about it he was very rude and kept lying about it Let's not forget the hour and a half it took t... read more
Very knowledgeable and professional with a calm and friendly demeanour, which I appreciate. I’m always able to get in quickly when I leave a message and follow up is great too, with Dr. Mahmood himself even following up sometimes which is above and beyond in my opinion. Front staff always friendly.
