Dr. Znamensky it’s been my doctor for so many years and I am happy I came back to her.
Booked on zocdoc for video call. Charged me $25 co pay. Waited on video call for half hour no one showed up. Called office no one picked up. Worst experience ever

I had my first visit with my new PCP ,recently, and I want to express my gratitude. Although she didn’t have to, she spent nearly two hours with me, patiently listening to my medical history and my concerns with genuine empathy, never making me feel dismissed. The nurse who took my blood pressure was also very kind and empathetic, which helped me feel comfortable(thank you). I liked Dr Z the first two visits but after that things went down hill. They didn’t tell me who I would be seen by. They scheduled me for tests without telling me. They charged for the call for the blood test results as if it were another visit. Btw. No online portal to see the results. The dr always said she fired bad staff.l. I left when they wouldn’t give me a refill unless I had a visit first. Not that there was such a long time between visits. I did not feel like this was an honest legit office
