Exceptional caring service from staff. Useful pharmacy and pleaseant cafe with garden, lunch only. Lovely Maternity rooms, Regular ward rooms are looking tired but are refurbished. The surgical theatres are in a brand new building. The childrens ward is right on trend looks like an amusement park from the outside. Street parking is easy and always available close by or you can pay to park I have never had to, ED moderate wait out of pocket cost $410 before 8pm and more after hours. Ive been through several Public Hospital's Emergency Departments and this was my first experience at a private hospital. Upon admission I was advised I'd have to wait a few minutes as my cubicle was being cleaned. After over an hours wait in an otherwise empty waiting area, I was called. The nurse looking after me did not introduce herself, and after waiting another 15-20 minutes in my bed she walked past and "suddenly realised" that I existed.
