My experience with Dr. Saad since the first appointment with him has been wonderful. He is kind, caring and professional. All of my questions are answered clearly and with empathy. I have spoken of him to all of my family and friends and would recommend him to anyone.
Dr saad is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have! He truly wants you to feel your best and look your best! Him and his staff listen to you! They hear you! Best all around!
Doctor explained the procedure and I felt confident that it would go well. The reconstruction surgery was done skillfully. I got reminders for the aftercare post surgery to check on the progress. I am back to my normal tasks now. There was no problem scheduling the appointment. At the surgery center, the Hospital staff were professional and courteous.
He was extremely informative and helpful with making sure I understood the procedure and also the process for recovery. But down the line, I am not happy with the results. And I had the absolute worst experience when I went and had him remove the extra skin on the sides (dog ears). They made it seem like it was no big deal, in and out procedure. Horrible experience!
