I have had heart problems for years longer then I even knew. I was not happy with the doctor I had been referred to initially. I quit going. My PCP (primary care physician) prescribed my BP meds for a while and then referred me to Dr. Hawkins. She knew the issues I had with my previous cardiologist. She assured me I would like and benefit from Dr. Hawkins. As always she was right! He cares, he's thorough, empathetic, and great at what he does. I feel much better physically and emotionally.
