I went to see Dr. Kaiser about having the Baha surgery and at first he was energetic and more than willing to help me hear better . He was informative about the procedure which put me at ease. However, now that the procedure has been done and it's two weeks later he hasn't been available to speak with me about the constant pain. I called to try and get the pain meds refilled and was told today 5/1/19 by a phone nurse that Dr. Kaiser stated he wouldn't refill the prescription cause it's inappropriate to do so.
