Wonderful personality and highly communicative. Entire staff is friendly and helpful.
I went recently and the office was running late due to an emergency (understandably). I was anxious because I was afraid the office would close before my hearing aid issue was fixed. A wonderful nurse/MA Kim went and brought the specialist to me. Victoria- WHO IS AMAZING, took my hearing aid while I was seeing Dr. Pearl and fixed wires, gave me batteries, etc. I have met her before and feels like she could your best friend- she is just so relatable and friendly. My husband and I went to Adam Pearl’s office because he was having difficulty with the hearing aids which he purchased in another city. He was having such difficulties and was so unhappy with them that he was ready to abandon them. Instead we met with the audiologist (Michelle Bedson) who was fabulous. She assessed the situation, immediately determined that while the Wydex hearings aids were great, they had not been fitted or programmed properly. I had a terrible experience at Adam Pearl ENT. When I arrived at his office, Dr. Pearl initially appeared understanding of my two-year-old twins' active behavior. Being toddlers, this was a new and unfamiliar experience for them. I also had my 8-year-old stepdaughter with me, and Dr. Pearl made an inappropriate comment to her, saying, "You're supposed to be like a mother figure, right?"implying that she should know how to watch the twins. We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Pearl and his staff over the past two years. Our son suffers from bad allergies and issues with hearing. Dr. Pearls staff has helped us figure out what would work best and their office is clean, staff is friendly and personable. I’ll be making appointments for myself and husband to address our ENT issues too!
