This isn't so much about Dr. Kipp but more how appointments are handled. I'd love to leave a review about my visit but I never got there. After waiting 6 weeks to see Dr. Kipp, I received a call 4 days before my appointment telling me I had to change doctors because Dr. Kipp "is cutting back on hours". They suggested an alternative but the soonest appointment was 5 weeks out. I passed. I know the Treasure Valley has a shortage of doctors, but the way this was handled was very unprofessional. Dr. Kipp took his time with our initial consultation and was very patient and professional. I’ve since seen him on two occasions and experienced good care both times.
Kipp is quick to tell you what is not possible. His approach is to look at everything other than what you are concerned about, as the patient. Don't waste your time. There is a simple reason that he is always open to accept new patients. Lots of openings when folks are leaving. I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. Spot on!
I never write reviews but this doctor can’t wait to get you out of his office.
