A really fine doctor who listens to his patients. I’ve been seeing him for years, and his staff is also top notch. It’s never fun to go to the doctor, but those people make it as pleasant as possible. Kudos.
Go there if you want to be sick of mistreatment… When training your staff on customer service Teach them how to listen…..
When I went to the doctor today, he did not accept me for examination because I did not know the language. THIS IS NOT HUMAN BEHAVIOR. I CONDEMN YOU
Such a pleasant experience becoming a new l patient at Dr. Murdock’s office. The staff was so helpful from the first phone call to checking in and out at the desk. Dr. Murdock showed genuine care with excellent bedside manner. He took his time asking me questions bout my symptoms and coming up with his diagnosis and treatment plan. His nurse was so sweet and gentle with the injection she had to give me making it hurt way less than all the shots I had in my lifetime lol!
