I had surgery on my lower back L4 L5 over 8 years ago. I am a nurse, and I was in severe pain. I could not walk without crying. I had a bulging disk at L4 L5. Dr Shimer was amazing. I have been pain free for almost 9 years now. I recommend him to anyone I know needed surgery to their spine.
