We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kaiser. One of my children needed a tooth removed. Dr. Kaiser was very personable and made my child feel comfortable. He explained things in laymen’s terms and made me feel at ease with someone operating on my child. The surgery went super smoothly and there were no complications. He even personally called to check on my son later in the day after the surgery. The nurses and staff were also very helpful. Highly recommend and so grateful to have found him.
Horrible rude staff. Called proactively to schedule my followup of a broken tooth pulled there and cadaver tissue placed to prep for an implant. Phone staff stated in a very rude shaming tone that another week needed to go by before they could schedule me when I called weeks later within the correct timeframe. That was late August 2025. I would like to share my an Amazing experience with Dr. Adam Kaiser! I brought my daughter who is 20 years old for consultation to discuss different options for her treatment. Doctor took time and put a lot efforts to check all options and explained the importance of taking care of Anna’s dental health!
