Very disappointed with front desk service with this provider. I was in need of a receipt to submit to HSA. They also never followed up on medication they did not have in stock and neither did they call me to pick up when they had it in. I emailed both addresses they advertised for my receipt. I also called and left a message. One other time, I spoke to a staff member but they never got back to me. I called several times during office hours and no one picked up.
