Dr. Frome is AMAZING!!! He listens, makes you feel comfortable and before you leave he makes sure you understand everything. He knew what testing needed to be done and found things my PCP said were nothing to worry about. To qoute my now fired PCP "you just might have to live with it" Dr. Frome is above and beyond 5 starts! Michelle was a God send helping me get through St. Lukes scheduling dept. even offering to schedule it for me. Go see The Kidney Specialist of Houston!
Maybe it’s not entirely appropriate to say but he absolutely sets off my “Prince Charming” meter. Truly, he is the kindest, most compassionate, loving, patient, and emotionally intelligent male doctor I’ve ever encountered. Dr Fromme listened to my concerns & put a game plan in place to hopefully resolve my kidney issues. Dr. Fromme was reassuring & confident that he could help find a resolution.
Dr. Frome is a wonderful doctor. His office staff and medical assistant are completely unprofessional, lack basic customer service, and clearly need more training. Especially the older lady at the front desk.
