My name is Michael Thomas, I had a consult with one of Dr. Bruggeman's P A's, was not satisfied with the service there. I dropped off a Copy of a CT for my back, was told they would call me to set an appt., they never did. The most frustrating thing was that I could not get ahold of their office. Every time I called their office, all I got was their answering service, I left about 8 messages for them to contact me and never got a call from them.
