Dr. Jordan performs good service. But, his office personnel Michelle, that is supposed to file insurance claim, is horrible at her job. She does not file correctly. When I contact my dental insurance, they tell me that my max allowable (my portion) of a particular service was 252 dollars. Michelle persists on me paying 495 dollars which is about twice as much. She snickers, and is happy to say... I will send this to a collection agency.
