I simply want to thank my new friends at South Bedford Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for a very comfortable experience. I'm a nervous dental patient and considering the work I was getting, I was extra nervous. Dr. Arnoldt and staff made sure everything was comfortable. Prior to meeting them, I had lots of root canals and caps that were failing that kept needing repairs. It got to the point where I spent too much pain, money and time trying to fix failing uppers. I needed extensive dental work done which involved extensive oral surgery and I was referred to Dr. Arnoldt by Dr. Tsang. Dr. Arnoldt and his staff are just "over-the-top" in efficiency, quality of the office staff is outstanding and Dr. Arnoldt one of the BEST in his fields . Just so extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you Dr. Arnoldt and staff.
I highly recommend South Bedford Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/Dr. Arnoldt! I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and his office got me in within 24 hours for an exam and the extraction. Not only was it the most painless wisdom tooth extraction I’ve ever had, but the Dr. and his staff are extremely kind, caring and empathetic. Hours later, I received a phone call from Dr. Arnoldt himself asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I can’t recommend this practice enough!
My son (11 years old) had a tooth extraction today by Dr. Arnoldt and he (and his staff) were absolutely amazing!!! My son does not do well with needles or shots and he did not have any pain or discomfort at all during the procedure. We have now been home for several hours and he still does not have any pain...he has not needed ice or pain medication. Dr. Arnoldt exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.
