Absolutely awful and unprofessional office here. I have never been to a less communicative doctor in my life. Dr Ene effectively ghosted me after my appointment with her and refused to communicate with me about the status of my prescription, or help work with me to get my test results sent to a different office. Read the reviews, avoid this doctor at all costs
0 if I could. Absolutely listen to the reviews — this office is completely unprofessional. Do not waste your time. I scheduled an appointment over five weeks in advance and even called the Monday before my Thursday appt to confirm my insurance. No one ever called me back. Instead, I received an automated message the next day confirming my Thursday appointment. I went to Dr. Ada Ene for an annual physical. The appointment scheduling and check in were easy and the waiting room is nice. Dr. Ada is very knowledgeable and caring. She also made sure to discuss exactly what my insurance would allow which I appreciated.
Receptionist is horrible, called in to book an appointment and they double booked me. When I arrived they said "whoops we forgot to call and say we needed to move it." Beyond that she was incredibly rude and careless with details. I can't believe people go to this place!
The receptionist is terrible! She treats you like garbage! She's always rude, mean, and mean. Every time she sees me, she asks if I'm new and if I've been there more than five times, and she doesn't even look at my face. Her tone is super dry and rude. I'm going to change my primary care physician just because of her. It makes me feel super uncomfortable.
