Back in the beginning of 2024 I started as a new patient, had a follow up appt in April where I cancelled bc I had found out I was pregnant therefore the fu wasn’t needed as I couldn’t take the same medication. I recently called last week to make an appt and was told over the phone that coming from the provider if I was to cancel my appt I couldn’t be seen anymore. Melissa Rutkin is the best. She explains everything thoroughly, is so kind, and throws in casual conversation and tips at the same time. I travel far just to come see her because she's that good.
Always feel like the staff cares and is knowledgeable in what my needs are to maintain my diabetes. Highly recommend this office.
