I tried to make an appointment today. I was told that I had to pay $150 because I had canceled twice before both times I was sick. I gave notice each time I had to cancel. They will not let me make an appointment unless I pay the $150. I am not happy with that policy. I did give notice so other people can make an appointment. Do not use this practice. They are just out to get money. I would give a zero if I could.
Great experience with Dr Paparsenos. I was diagnosed with Adrenal Gland insufficiency and thyroid issues due to taking Keytruda for breast cancer. He listens to what you say and does not rush you. He is truly helping me figure this all out. Lil, one of the receptionist is amazingly so kind and really cares about the patient's issues I would highly recommend to anyone!!
This practice is superb! Melissa Rudkin NP is amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and professional provider. They treat all Endocrine issues including HRT. Very satisfied with my care. I highly recommend this practice!
I love the ease in which they have been able to accommodate my schedule. Their promptness with any issue and fast response time has been great. Melissa is their Nurse practitioner and she is so very knowledgeable and caring. Absolutely fantastic place.
