I brought my mother to see Dr. Sleem back in 2022, and we had a truly great experience. Dr. Sleem is a kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. At that time, there was a young woman translating Arabic who was absolutely wonderful—she was respectful, professional, and incredibly skilled at what she did. This doctor is great, and my whole family loves him. However, his staff is horrible — they are rude, unprofessional, unaware. Even their Arabic is unclear and inaccurate. One of them translated my mom’s surgery instructions completely wrong, and thankfully I called the doctor myself to confirm the correct information. He used to have professional and kind staff about 3 years ago, but apparently she left, and now this great doctor has to deal with these incompetent employees. Dr Abraham Sleem is an exceptional surgeon! Last week, I had cataract surgery without any problems. For four months, I couldn't see from my right eye because I had a very dense cataract. I am fortunate to have found him. He is a surgeon who cares about his patients, is very detailed oriented, and very kind.
