The dr was very nice and mad me feel comfortable.
Dr Lily Dalco and the entire staff ( especially front desk receptionist and Marcel her assistant were very comforting and supportive to my anxious self visiting for the first time :) it’s hard to come across professionals in this industry that help take the ease of a stressful visit. Will def share my experience with family and friends!
Diamond at the front desk is amazing! Every time o visit she always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walk in. She is professional, kind, organized, and always has a positive attitude. Her customer service is excellent, and she handles everything with patience and care. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and the office. The dental office is lucky to have someone as hardworking and friendly as Diamond!
Horrible front desk and customer service! While the back office staff can be very accommodating, friendly and provide good care, the from office staff is a disaster. On my first 2 visits I checked in at front desk and was left standing there with no direction as to whether I should sit or if any information was needed for me while conversation amongst the front office staff who are always engaged in their personal chit-chat which I, the customer seem to interrupt.
