Poor customer service. This used to be a good place, but has been going down for some time now
First to just make an appointment I had to be put on hold like 3 times then wait another 15 minutes just to get the appointment. Then when I get the 9am appointment nobody is even there to check you in at the front desk. Finally a girl walks in like ten after 9. "OH we are running late " the dentist isn't even there YET!!! Then I said this place is not the same anymore & I walked out!!
Unprofessional and rude staff. Lack of accountability and pathetic communication skills. Don’t waste your time here.
