Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time but had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. I started getting new …..back in October, and they are still not finished. On my last visit, the office told me the lab mixed up my ……which was extremely frustrating. Poor organization and communication overall.
Kind and gentle, but professional and efficient. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy to have found this great dental care office.
Update: I want to acknowledge that since posting this review, office manager Maria reached out and made things right regarding the night guard. When I came in, Marcello assisted me and made the whole process smooth and comfortable — and they provided a replacement at no charge. I appreciate that gesture and want to give credit where it's due. The concerns outlined below remain, but this was a meaningful step in the right direction.
