Great service friendly staff
Employees seem to always be in a rush and don’t take their time with patients. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also in a hurry and very rough. My gums were bleeding a lot afterward. I’ve had many cleanings in the past but this one was much harsher than usual. Overall, it felt like everyone there was rushing and the care felt rushed too.
I have been with this Dental Company for a few years now. I have seen a few of the changes they have gone through as the company seemingly works to find what works best while moving forward . The company now has a warm welcome as you enter. They are courteous and attentive, apologetic if it is needed. The doctors have good bedside manner, are reassuring which gives this patient the sense that I am in good hands. Their hygienist is no nonsense but knows what she is doing.
