Dr Chacko was a professional, gave me a run down on what to expect. Him and his staff were all very professional.
Debating on giving this a 3 or a 4… Dr. Chacko is a great doctor. He’s patient and answers all your questions. I found him through my Mom when she was in the hospital. And I would really like to give him a 5 star rating…. The only thing I have a concern with is the office telling me something on the day of my appointment and saying they’ve been trying to contact me when I had no missed calls or voicemails that day from them. They even went further to blame insurance should have told me when I made a PCP change. I had to pay ... read more
Dr Chacko is absolutely the best after being admitted to the Emergency room, he explained the endoscopic procedure. The procedure was done successfully. His follow-up care is done in a very caring manner. I am grateful for his care.
