So many bad experiences with this doctor thank goodness she was away when I gave birth and I got the Sean holland who is amazing. Medically gaslit big time, she doesn’t support any independent decision tried to opt for wireless monitoring and delayed cord clamping just tells you those her non negotiable told me I had to have a colposcopy whilst pregnant to inspect cinn2 or she would loose her license, so much fear mongering. Natural mums wanting informed consent and decisions look elsewhere.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Abigail Evans. From my very first appointment, she has been warm, compassionate, patient and incredibly reassuring. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, but Dr Evans has made the process feel clear, supported and much less daunting. Dr Evan’s was the on call doctor when I was admitted to A&E for post surgery complications from a recent full hysterectomy. My regular doctor was not on that long weekend. When she came to my room to discuss my results etc, I feel like I was medically gaslit. Eg- had sweats & shakes at home before coming into ED- she said maybe it was your air con at home as your temp since being in hospital isn’t high.
